WTC's Advisory Committees are the first step in the review process for proposals. These industry and academic volunteers have many years of experience in a technical, engineering, or research area, running a business, or successfully starting a business. Advisory Committee members assess each proposal against evaluation criteria that are listed in the Request for Proposals. They forward their recommendations to the WTC Board of Directors.
