The Apple Seed Network is North Central Washington's first organized private equity investment group. Based in Wenatchee, WA, the Apple Seed Network is a membership network of accredited investors* who desire to invest in seed-stage opportunities in the local region. Our members are independent business owners and senior corporate executives experienced in financing and developing emerging enterprises. Our members have a range of business, industry, and investing experience, but share the desire to engage in the high-risk, high return potential practice of “angel investing.”
We review and screen company business plans on a regular basis and select one, two or three companies to make 15-minute presentations to our members during are scheduled member luncheons.
The Apple Seed Network is not a fund and does not invest as a group. Our members collaborate on due diligence, but make individual investment decisions and understand that investments in early-stage, privately-held ventures are risky and can be highly illiquid.
The Apple Seed Network is a member of the WTC Angel Network, allowing us to collaborate with similar angel groups across the State of Washington. In particular, our individual investor members have access to the latest research, industry experts, other professional investors, and investment opportunities funded by other angel groups across Washington State.
